Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SOHO account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original SOHO packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
